Plotkin Hoskins Landscape Design was established in 2003 when Carol (Plotkin) and Janice (Hoskins) teamed up to create and design residential landscapes in Southern California. Since then, they have conceived many impressive gardens using ingenuity, skillful listening and passion.

After several different professional careers each, Carol and Janice both decided to get out of the office and into the garden. Their varied professional backgrounds gave the knowledge and skills to progress in this creative field. Carol has been an avid home gardener and expanded her knowledge and skills when she worked for Congressman Anthony C. Beilenson establishing Beilenson Lake and Park in the Sepulveda Basin. Janice‘s background has taken her from a clothing design and manufacturing firm to wardrobe assistance at the Olympic Winter Games. Together their passion for creating beautiful home gardens and outdoor spaces has generated captivating gardens throughout Los Angeles and the Southern California area.

The goal and recurring theme at Plotkin Hoskins continues to be, "we create environments for clients that are pleasurable no matter the season."
